My Wife and I are interested in renewing our vows after 13 years of Marriage.
Wife jokingly asked: if we go through with our renewal in Vegas, but later I (me) decides to get divorced for a younger lady – would we have to get divorced in Vegas in addition to our home state?
Goofy question, I know …. but curiosity gets the best of us sometimes!

Not sure whether a UK solicitor can deal with the divorce. Also does it affect how the assets are dealt with? We have a young child and I am now sole carer. What are the guide lines of US law if this is the case?

I got married in Las Vegas, 9 years ago, I want to get divorce, but I live in Los Angeles, how can i do it? Is it safe and legal to divorce on line? My husband dissapeared 8 years ago, don’t know where he went, how can i find out if i’m stil married or not? Please help me! I currently have a boyfriend to which would like to marry soon.
