I wanna get married in Vegas but currently I am still married this may be a dumb question but would it even count? I would have to be divorced first in order to marry this person in Vegas or would it be legal?

My friend got married before her divorce was final, and she got married in Vegas (drunk) so does she have to divorce/annullment to the other man or will it just be a voided marriage.

Whats rights may be taken away from the first wife if the husband did not file the paperwork right for divorce and went and married another woman in vegas prior to divorce? What happens to my rights if she moves in my house and has her mail sent there etc…the house will always have my name on title. Will she get rights to all the items in the house prior to her moving in? Will I (1st wife) still have claim to all items acquired during my marriage? What should I do to protect myself?

If a couple gets married in Vegas (yea one of those quickie elvis- chapel ones, legal as heck)and one of the parties is going through a divorce in another state, is the LV marriage still legal when the divorce goes through? No, this isn’t me…and not one of my relatives either…

I mentioned to my wife last night, while eating ice cream with her by the river, that, next month, will be 20 years since we’d met. She mentioned perhaps we should renew our vows when we go to Vegas this year.
