RENO – A federal bankruptcy judge has approved plans by Station Casinos to auction off 11 of its gambling properties to satisfy some creditors.
RENO – Bankruptcy Judge Gregg Zive ruled today that an informal committee of employees of Station Casinos Inc. has no standing to participate in Station’s bankruptcy proceedings.
RENO – U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Gregg Zive has put a decision on hold in a lawsuit by thousands of current and former Station Casinos employees who say they were shortchanged in their pay.
Station Casinos Inc. on Wednesday asked its bankruptcy judge to further extend the period in which Station alone can pursue a plan to reorganize its Las Vegas locals casino empire.
