If someone goes to a state that has no waiting period to get married (Ohio, Vegas, etc), but specifically Ohio, and documents that they were never married because they didn’t have a divorce decree. Is that marraige valid? Can someone contact the courts and inform them that the person was previously married and was married under false documentation and the marraige not be considered legitamite?
There was definately a divorce but there is no decree at the time of the new marraige.
