If you get married in las vegas nevada and you want a divorce?
Do you have to be a resident in Neveda for at least 6months in order to file for a divorce in that state or can you file for divorce in california?

Are you just curious or did this actually happen to you… You can get an annulment, I believe if it was recent. Other than that I have no idea?

You file in the state in which you are a current resident.
