can i still get divorce in vegas in one day and get married to another within 24 hours?

me and my spouse have been separated for more than a year and she is out of the country but i want to get my divorce done in vegas and get married to another one.

    divorces take at least 6mos from date of filing to get your actual divorce date and go ahead for remarry. so, no.

    In order to file in Nevada you have to be a resident for at least 6 week. Filing has a 2 week wait.

    you can only get married 30 days after your divorce has been finalized…

    You must be seperated for 6 months before filing for a divorce, be a resident of that state for either 6 months or a year, and as far as getting married 24 hours after your divorce is final, I dont see why not, your not married to the first wife anymore. My husband was divorced about 2 weeks when we got married and his attorney told us we could get married anytime after the final papers are signed and filed.. that day, the next day or a year.. the divorce is final, no longer married to his second wife.
