Married in Vegas, Divorce in PA. which state holds precedence?
I was married in Las Vegas, I live in the Commonwealth of PA. I am now filing for divorce, which state has legal precedence over the divorce proceedings and wait time?

Divorce is resident state NOW. Period

The state where you and your spouse actually live as a married couple, where you were married is of no consequence.

PA. Nevada could care less what happens to the marriage once the “I do’s” are said.
